Despite the modern amenities and helpful staff creating a relaxed environment for meetings, I encountered a minor hiccup with room allocation - booked for two single beds but received a double, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. Nevertheless, the courteous manager's prompt handling of the issue was commendable, offering suitable incentives to appease the situation. Overall, the hotel's business amenities, from the well-equipped meeting rooms to the reliable Wi-Fi, alongside its prime location near key attractions, make it a viable option for business travelers seeking a blend of work and leisure in a bustling city like London.
